Terms and Conditions for Porsche finding service
- Philip Raby locates cars in good faith, he cannot be held responsible for any non-disclosure or concealment of information by a vendor.
- Cars will be given a detailed visual check, and any faults spotted will be reported. The check does not cover oil consumption, fuel consumption, brake fluid condition, brake system condition (beyond what a visual check can establish, engine cylinder compression, the source of oil leaks (although any visible leaks will be noted), engine management systems. Diagnostic equipment cannot be used during an inspection.
- Philip Raby can accept no responsibility for any defects which later come to light but, for whatever reason, are not spotted at the time of purchase.
- A road test will only be carried out if the seller agrees and if the car is road-legal.
- Philip Raby offers no warranty of any kind on any vehicle he locates.
- The advance fee of £350 is non-refundable. Philip Raby will do his utmost to locate a suitable car, but if a customer does not accept his recommendations, then the agreement will be brought to a close.
- Philip Raby will do his utmost to meet a customer’s requirements. However, he reserves the right to withdraw from an agreement at any time for whatever reason.
- Once Philip Raby has located a suitable vehicle and the customer agrees to buy it, a second and final fee of £450 is immediately due.
- The customer will deal directly with the vendor to pay for and collect the vehicle. Any subsequent disagreement about the vehicle is between the buyer and seller.
- In paying a £350 advance fee you are agreeing to the above.
